NAMF Islamic Academy aims to support all teachers with the necessary resources to be successful teachers in our school. Teachers participate in a Teachers Orientation and Training Program that are geared towards to provide teachers with the information and resources to that will assist them in their role as teachers and in their continuing commitment to excellence in teaching.

The Teachers Orientation and Training program comprises of:

• Teachers Workshops that educate and train new teachers on child psychology, behaviour and motivation
• Seminars conducted by guest speakers that will share new ideas and offer constructive suggestions on better classroom management
• First Aid Training for every member of the teaching staff
• Guidance on an integrated approach that combines secular modern education with Islamic knowledge
